Excellent customer service, great professionals and superb quality service. Very organize and efficient check-in process which make you wait less than 10 minutes after your arrival. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I have been there twice for blood work and have been treated by Amanda. She is an excellent and adorable professional that makes your blood draw taken from your vein very smooth. Very nice and courteous indeed. Please extend my congratulations to her personally. Employees like her are a valuable good asset to any lab or medical facility. I totally recommend this Quest Diagnostic located at the Beechmont Building in Main Street, Bridgeport, CT. Cheers!

Horrible people working on 05/18/2024 one was white guy long hair which I forgot the name and the other one who is spanish I think not sure whom gave me a finger both very rude and unprofessional. The manager wasn't there it seems like they wanted to leave earlier. So I arrived for my appointment 11:30 they were both coming outside to check who was coming in and ask names. Then I told him my name and He said: wait don't check in let me check inside then he came back right away and said I didn't have an appointment then I said: it's impossible I have the confirmation code, then he said: it could be a different location then I ask: which one ? He said: I don't know I can't see it. Which I know it's not true because I made appointment in different locations before and they were able to tell me the right location it seems like he was trying to hold me to talk and delay so I would try to go to other location. Which was not this case because I called and my oppointmennt was correct the time location e everything. So came back in and ask him look at it then he was very rude and arrogant brought me inside showing his computer with showing no appointments affirming that I didn't make the appointment or blaming on the system without not even trying once to find the appointment through the confirmation code. He said : you're not being seeing today. I asked: why? I have the appointment, Right time, location and confirmation code. Then when asked to see his manager then the coworker came I asked: Are you the manager he said: No I'm his coworker, very aggressive you gotta leave this was around 11:45am, he came touch me, I said: don't touch me I'm walking out, when is your manager here ? He said: Monday then I said: ok then when was leaving before 12:00 going to his car I try to talk him the gave me a finger.
So please manager don't schedule lazy people, they make you look bad and this company as well I understand they're not you but they need to be trained better how to approach certain situations. Plus this company has liability I wait for a call or email to know for reason why he didn't see me. Was descrimination or laziness? Either one is wrong, I hope they can be retrained, learn and succeed also apologize for their agressive behavior.

I was called in abouth 20 minutes late, came to the room had to wait while the technician check cell messages.After few minutes of waiting she called another tech to perform the task.

Been to this facility multiple times, never had an issue.. always put my insurance info in when reserving an appt. Literally was here less than 10days ago w/out an issue. Today, was by far the worst experience, I’m still here right now when my appt was over an hr ago.. AMANDA the person that was supposed to treat me gave me the hardest time bc I didn’t have a hard copy of my ins card.. Mind you I put all the insurance info when I booked the appt (supposedly it saves time) I know the info by heart and had information stating I was active. Her attitude, energy, everything was off and then I get the doctors to fax over my info (which they questioned why she was giving me a hard time, to get my blood drawn) she says “Oh it’s not gonna come through quick, you can wait outside.” After I just went crazy looking for the information, I’m late for work already and have kids waiting for me to take them to school. You could tell she was bothered bc everyone was questioning why she was being difficult. Ppl with attitudes like that in this healthcare is sad to see.. if you don’t like your profession pick something else. If you’re having a bad morning leave it at the door. She is a poor representation for Quest.

Quest just keeps getting worse…Appointment only but yet it’s so difficult to get a last minute appointment. And not to mention their terrible customer service… as a phlebotomist who is very familiar with blood draw stations, quest in this area is by far one of the worst to deal with

I Believe is manager , She so Agressive for Drawing a Blood. Before she try I mention to her for not use the big Needle .Hurt me and now my Veins is tied . My Arm is on pain for 2 weeks and I went to bridgeport hospital they say she Damage my vein . Now They say for me wait 3 months for se heal.If not I going to To do something about.

Especially for undocumented people, don't go to this place
First of all, to serve you they have to make an appointment (discriminatory) when people who have documents walk in - and in the process they are going to charge you more than $600-700 to draw blood
What abuse!!!! They are supposed to offer you financial help

I usually don’t write reviews but one for this place is needed. I came with my client who had an appointment and tried to check him in everything was going fine then the system timed out and said someone who come assist me. I notice his name wasn’t displayed on the screen so I tried to resign in at this point it said I was late. I wasn’t late initially because you have a fifteen minute grace period. So I waited till someone came out to speak to them. A lady came out to take another person so I said excuse me and tried to explain the situation to her. From the jump she was rude and had a attitude when trying to speak to her. Was very dismissive and said I needed to make another appointment. I asked her if I can speak to someone else. Amongst all of this an elderly lady as well ask her for help and she didn’t even try to assist her. No one came out to speak to me and I ended up taking the client and leaving. Don’t come here if you are looking for people to help you in any way!

If I could give this place -1 one stars, I would. You would think after the pandemic, health care professionals would be more empathetic. I asked the phlebotomist for help on one of the kiosks this morning, and my encounter with said woman was very stank. (her breath and her attitude — even with a mask on). I was appalled. I work in customer service and this was by far one of the most out of pocket experiences I had. Don’t come to Quest! It will be a quest to get in even with an appointment. My blood is boiling. The very same blood that was supposed to be tested this morning.
