I do not recommend this shop at all, owner will lie in your face without even an eye blink. They did few vehicles for me before and service was ok but today when I picked my car from them before I paid them in full I noticed that all of my rims are damaged from the tire machine. I called the owner to show him that all 4 rims have similar damage but he said that it’s old and I’m trying to get something from them which instantly boiled my blood. Then he screamed to the office to hold my keys until I pay them in full. I told him that his shop is the first one to touch those wheel and old tire was an original from the factory but I was called an liar. Also 4 tires are new but 2 years old and 1 is 1 1/2 old. Like I described above DO NOT go there and spend your hard earned money, his shop is nice and now I know why, they are overpriced scammers not taking any responsibilities at all. I’m attaching pictures of my wheels to proof my review about their business. If you look closer 1st picture is from their parking lot from the day I ordered the tires and the 9th one is from the day I picked my vehicle. You can see stone damage on inner part of the rim in the same spots and all damage on the outer side after their service!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I brought my SUV in for an alignment to only get it back in worse condition. I politely asked them to redo the service in efforts to properly align my vehicle and the owner Benjamin refused to help. Don’t waste your time or money! I brought my vehicle to Firestone after and no issues at all.

They saw us coming, a single mom and her 18 year old son. Let's just say my son learned a valuable lesson and I guess for that, we should thank Benny Perez. My son supports himself with two jobs and goes to school. He saved for new tires and rims for a new car he just bought. He spent $2300.00 and two weeks later found another place that had the exact same rims and tires and told him they would do it for $1600.00. Again, a valuable lesson learned. Do your due diligence and shop around. I just feel totally taken advantage of. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Purchased rims and tires over the weekend. Chris found an issue with one of the sensors so he took it upon himself to look out with a new one.
Cristina and Chris kept it ? the entire time. True professionals!!

My experience at Perez tires was one of the best experiences I had in a very long time I definitely give it a thumbs up and definitely rate it 5 stars business owners was definitely friendly place was very clean and I was definitely satisfied with the prices service and I will definitely bring them more business and refer my friends and family as well. They definitely put a big smile on my face for my birthday thx again to the Perez Family God Bless ❤️

Very untrustworthy shop I left my van there for 4 new tires when I went back to pick up my van all my coins from cup holder (about $30) was missing I called to ask about this the lady that works in the office told me she will check the camera and call me back and she never did. The money is not the issue but the principle of it. I’ll NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE THEY ARE THIEVES

When to perez for an anlingment without even stared the job the manager was chargin me allready ..they took 15 to 20 minutes i ask for a print out manager say they dont do print out .normally you get a print out about the anlingment procees. that way customer can see how bad was the vehicle was before ..how can you tell me what di you aling it is 2024 there no excuse for tha service.also manager was not kind.. first time and last going to perez.

My cheeks hurt from smiling so much. The Perez Tire Center team did an incredible job with applying rims and tires for my vehicle. At first, I wasn’t sure if they were able to get the specific product I was looking for, but man I was very happy when it was possible to order. My experience here will be memorable one for me for sure. Product came in pretty quick. Definitely coming back here in the future.
