This is horrible service!! Took a tablet here to fix screen they broke the tablet worst ! Now screen is fixed but won’t charge or turn on and it was working when I brought it here just cracked screen!! Had to go through the police just to get my money back! How do u break my tablet worst then what I dropped off!! Would never recommend this place to anyone! I have videos of the men in here screaming at me!

This is the most HORRIBLE place to get your phone fixed. They broke my phone trying to fix it & won’t give me my money back ! Never go here or any other location. You’re better off fixing it yourself with the help of YouTube

Park City Wireless is not a place you want to do business with. They charged me over $200 for a Sansung phone they were selling for $89. I did not realize this until l checked their website. l. also did not review my receipt until a week later. I realized l had not signed the receipt. The receipt was stating l brought a phone to be repaired and picked it up. No. wonder. they didn't have me sign the receipt, it was not applicable to the transaction. l am actually angry at myself for giving these dirtbags a chance. Park City Wireless is a prime example of scammers being allowed to conduct business. The place is a garbage can and why Samsung allows them to carry their products is a mystery. DONT DO BUSINESS there. It was just a headache.

Rude customer service. I brought my phone to be fixed and I came back and they told me my phone stop working. Remind you I bought the phone less than a year and it stopped working. They refused to give me back my refund or even refused to help me get to the solutions. I do not recommend this store for any type of service. They are just money hungry and don’t care about customer satisfaction. Do not go to this store for help. You will badly regret it.

Rude employees and poor customer service. Had several bad experiences with them. Left my iPad at the store for over 2 weeks for repair. One time I called and they say the repairman was out. I give it some time before I go in and ask about it and they say it’s an issue with shipping due to COVID. Why would you hold my item and not give me a call? I left my number. A separate incident involved buying an iPhone that stopped working after a day. I come back and ask for an exchange along with the $30 screen protector I purchased from BB the rude lady gives me a hassle and passes me some cheap knock off one. Don’t shop here EVER

I am a customer of boost Mobile for a long time and the other day. I went over to this store to pay my phone bill the technician took my payment of 94$ plus 3$ fee gave me my receipt so I left. As every customer knows after you pay a bill for a cellphone. You are supposed to restart it so the payment can be accepted successfully. After repeatedly turning on and off my phone. I get a call from my phone service provider" Boost" a very nice gentleman named Wilson. Who called to tell me that my account was credited $60 dollars to my account. I advised him that I just made a full payment and he sent me back to the store to get a refund for the$60 he credited to my account. As I receive the texts messages I was so happy I just got great news. I was already on my way back to this store to figure out what happened about the payment to my account and why hasn't it been posted yet. I explained this to the technician in this store all of them insulted me and told me they feel sorry for me. Because I am a woman I felt very uncomfortable arguing with 3 Muslims and 2 other agents ethnicity unknown. They continued to belittle me and all I did was ask for my $60 dollars back. Then I get a texted while in front of them that's states that my $34 dollar payment was received when I am holding a receipt for$97 dollars. Someone there tried to pocket my money. I start to call boost Mobile and so does the owner about 20 minutes into this dispute. One of the agents goes to the register retrieves exactly$60 dollars and returns it to me.
