My 2017 Ford Explorer has been in the shop 4 times for about 5 months out of 2 years. Once was a turbo issue and 3 times for transmission work. The last time was almost 2 months ? I never got updates on my vehicle, I had to call about 15 times. I was told they needed to get a flywheel and starter. After calling to get status on the parts I was told the parts are in but when taking the parts out they found problems with the crank shaft. I was told the warranty company was told and needed to come out. I had to call again to find out that the warranty company didn't show within the promised 1 to 2 business days. Monday he showed and said to file the crank shaft. I was told 2 days on that monday for the job but won't be started till next monday as the service tech just started vacation. I then called the following Tuesday and was told my car is done but they can't release it to me until the warranty company paid them. That Tuesday I did pick up my car only to have greasy full hand prints on my hood. Can't leave 0 stars

Great experience at service dept Park City Ford. My service rep did great job explaining the solutions for the few issues I had. All done timely and reasonably.

Great Service Experience. Used night drop, they called to verify my requested service, did recall updates. Very well done and good value. Would recommend Park City for Service. Very efficient.

We had a great experience at Park CIty's service department. We were at our wits end with our Escape, which had been failing to start again and again. We had several instances where the whole family was loaded up to go to school/work and the car would not start! We took it to several other mechanics who could not figure out the problem, and we even replaced the battery twice. John Calzone and his team at Park City finally determined that it was a faulty instrument panel draining the battery overnight. Once that got replaced everything was right as rain. We were ready to give up on our car but we're so grateful that Park City Ford came through for us. And throughout the whole experience everyone, John especially, was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend!

First I would like to thank park city ford for they honesty and very kind,caring and reliable services. I took my f150 to get an oil change etc,and I mention to them that they forget to add wiper fuilds to my truck and change the blades.Immediately they told bring back my truck and how sorry they were. Well unfortunately they had put fuilds but the line has been frozen up so it was not there fault and they also installed new wiperblades at no extra cost. I highly recommend this place for all your ford needs great people very respectful. They need 10 stars ?

From Park City Ford, we leased a 2017 Ford Escape in July 2017 and bought it off lease in 2020. Late June 2022 the car over heated and its flashing engine light illuminated - all coolant was gone. Contacted the service department June 29, 2022, (I knew the car was under warranty until JULY 7), and again on July 1 to explain the engine was vibrating and failed and informed them the back end was leaking fluid. The service department asked for my last name to get the VIN number. They exclaimed the earliest appointment to even look at it wasn't until MID AUGUST. Since it was purchased from them thought we'd be in good hands to have all 3 problems solved - WRONG CHOICE. Researched and found FORD had 2 recalls (their term: Customer Satisfaction Campaigns on the engine and transmission which expire November 20, 2022). Fast forward 5 MONTHS of no car (sat in their parking lot), our daily, weekly, and monthly calls and emails - just ignored. No loaner car until the very end and constantly lying about any progress even attempted. Turns out the entire engine needed to be replaced and ironically, they ignored the fluid leak. Just got the car back and still the fluid leak so took it back and it turns out the entire back differential system needs to be replaced as well. WAIT FOR IT.... Having the car, the entire time, they waited until after its warranty expired on July 7 to tell me I must pay $2400 out of pocket. Advised me to contact FORD customer relations which "Alan" said this dealer has had numerous complaints against them, but they will do nothing about it. So much for protecting the brand name.
