i had to give them one star in order to review buh in reality if i could give them a 0 i would. this place is VERY unprofessional!!!! three different people did my hair and one of them didn't even work there. they thought i wasn't spanish and talked about me right in my face , and i knew everything they were saying. long story short , i ended up not liking my hair and one of the ladies who was doing my hair pored a bucket of water on my head , dragged me by my hair & a big fight broke out. my family came and the lady who did that to me got BEAT UP. btw my birthday was the next day and i ended up having to do something my self. the lady fought me & i am a minor. i do not recommend this salon whatsoever. PLEASE do not waste ur time or money. i had an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. you couldn't even pay me a million dollars to go back.

If you have any type of ethnic hair they will not spend time trying to straighten your hair & will simply put chemical in your hair and throw you under the dryer, all while you’re thinking you’re getting a deep condition. My hair ended up breaking off in many places and wouldn’t get curly anymore.

If I Could Give Them 0 Stars I Would!!!! I Went For A Wash & Set But Instead Of Straightening My Entire Head I Wanted Just My Roots Blown Out And Leave The Ends Curled From The Rollers. Once She Took Me Out From Up Under The Dryer, She Began To Blow Dry LITERALLY 4 Spots Of My Head (Root Area) I Had To Ask Her To Blow Dry 3 More Spots . It Looked Okay, It Needed Some Fixing When I Got Home But Whatever Gave Her The Cash Which Was An Amount More Than I'm Use To But I Paid Her The Money. I Walked Out And Got In My Car Then I Went To Check My Hair Out In The Mirror And Put My Hands Through My Head That's When I Realized MY ROOTS WERE STILL CURLY!!!! THE MIDDLE AREA, THE BACK OF MY HEAD, ETC Was Still Curly So I Went Back In There To Tell Her And To Have Her Blow Dry My Roots And She Argued Me Down About How " Its Not Wet Or Curly What Your Feeling Is Cold Since She Deep Conditioned You Hair That's Why It Feels Like That Its Just Cold " I Couldn't Believe It I've NEVER NEVER NEVER Experienced Such Bad Work Or Experience EVER!!!!!!! I WILL NOT YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO COME BACK HERE!!!! I Am Not The Type Of Person To Go And Give Reviews But That's Just How BAD This Salon Is! I'M WARNING YOU BECAUSE I DON'T WANT YOU TO WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF!!!!!!

if i could give them 0 stars i would!!!! i went for a wash & set but instead of straightening my entire head i wanted just my roots blown out and leave the ends curled from the rollers. once she took me out from up under the dryer, she began to blow dry literally 4 spots of my head (root area) i had to ask her to blow dry 3 more spots . it looked okay, it needed some fixing when i got home but whatever gave her the cash which was an amount more than i'm use to but i paid her the money. i walked out and got in my car then i went to check my hair out in the mirror and put my hands through my head that's when i realized my roots were still curly!!!! the middle area, the back of my head, etc was still curly so i went back in there to tell her and to have her blow dry my roots and she argued me down about how " its not wet or curly what your feeling is cold since she deep conditioned you hair that's why it feels like that its just cold " i couldn't believe it i've never never never experienced such bad work or experience ever!!!!!!! i will not you couldn't pay me to come back here!!!! i am not the type of person to go and give reviews but that's just how bad this salon is! i'm warning you because i don't want you to waste you time or money they are horrible!!!!!!!! go somewhere else please don't do it to yourself!!!!!!

Awful service, stylist started my hair and then stop for 30 minutes to look at clothes that a person brought in to sell. I will never go back again.
