Went to get some tools they used to have more… I’m a big DIY guy and so is my cousin. Some dude was stalling the flat bed in the parking lot didn’t seem like he had a CDL someone tell him that shifter is an extension of himself anyways nice place

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. We have spent the last several MONTHS trying to reach our sales representative (Jeff Bickel) and his manager (Rick Kearns) regarding an order of extremely expensive Thermory pine siding that came in damaged (factory and racking marks all across the boards, broken tongue & groves, etc.). Representatives from both Thermory and Northeast Building Supply deemed the material that was delivered “in unacceptable shape” BUT after several months have yet to send replacement material out. Communication was great until we encountered issues with the order and now everyone is unreachable. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere!

I am very upset with the lack of service and follow up of this company. I have been waiting for a technician to come and fix an issue with a French door since January and they sent one person who did not fix the problem, yet said he would follow up and never did. I called their supervisor several times and the dispatch too, to no avail. not a good company if you need service

Just ordered 11 Sierra Pacific H3 windows with Jeff and Gina’s help. They were a great team to work with - responsive, attentive and able to provide both quotes for various configurations in a timely fashion as well as the speedy processing required in today’s environment of limited supply and delayed production times. I look forward to working with them again.

Store in modern and clean. Great display of deck materials. Customer service seems lacking though. We were there for 30 mins looking at decking and not one person asked to assist. The staff seemed happier congregating behind the counter , chatting amongst themselves.
