Participating in the Lifestyle Change program has given me the education, the resources, the accountability and support I need to reach my goals. Although I’m only halfway through the program, I am confident that the Monitor My Health approach will continue to inspire and motivate me to stick with it and achieve success! Dr. Wade and Kate also make it fun!

I love the convenience of platform, the targeted exercises for flexibility, strength and aerobics. Jeffrey makes it easy to follow him. My strength, agility and focus have definitely improved. I am motivated to do more walking between the weekly sessions. Thanks for letting me be a part of this program.

Overall , I was disappointed in the program. But the dietician was excellent. Her phone sessions were very helpful. I wish we could have had an in person program with her. Good ideas, but needed more outside speakers and experts to keep it interesting. Twenty six weeks way too long.

I think it is a good idea to expose the prevalence of T2D. This class provides tools to help avoid or minimize the effects of T2D.Shanon Whittingham is a very good teacher. She makes our classes fun because she encourages interaction.

This program has been extremely beneficial to me even though I already have diabetes. I am learning to eat healthier and learn how my body reacts to different foods and adjust my diet accordingly. The exercise class on zoom is good for me as I can do chair exercise so my back doesn’t hurt. I look forward to the weekly classes.

First important thing: I am never hungry on this diet. I was shown how to make better choices that made a big difference. The diet doesn’t have to be an expense experience, either. It’s all about smart product choices (salmon vs mackerel) or (French fries vs baked potato). Of course you also must have some level of activity. My main choice was daily walking. I am extremely happy with my results. Thank you Lifestyle Program.

I like the program. It reinforces information I already know, but haven't used at the present. what stresses me and makes me discouraged is the weigh in. I lost some weight and put it right back on. I know I don't exercise as much as I should some weeks and my eating goes beyond the amount of calories I am to follow at times. all in all, I feel like a failure. others are having great success so the program works. it's not working for me

I,'ve been with the program since July. I have learned how to shop better by looking at the calories in each serving. I have been more conscious of what I'm buying to eat. I really enjoy the program. I really recommend this program.
