I love the convenience of platform, the targeted exercises for flexibility, strength and aerobics. Jeffrey makes it easy to follow him. My strength, agility and focus have definitely improved. I am motivated to do more walking between the weekly sessions. Thanks for letting me be a part of this program.

Overall , I was disappointed in the program. But the dietician was excellent. Her phone sessions were very helpful. I wish we could have had an in person program with her. Good ideas, but needed more outside speakers and experts to keep it interesting. Twenty six weeks way too long.

I think it is a good idea to expose the prevalence of T2D. This class provides tools to help avoid or minimize the effects of T2D.Shanon Whittingham is a very good teacher. She makes our classes fun because she encourages interaction.
