They couldn't even activate my second line without some 4 dollar extra fee that metropcs website doesn't list, they also push \\\"free\\\" phones but place additional additional services onto your account resulting in a higher second monthly bill. Do not deal with this business, they're totally unprofessional and don't really have a clue what they're doing.

Went to pay my bill , gave the person working my phone number, pin, I even had the phone and sim on me. They couldn't find any information, so they pushed buying a new line and paying ANOTHER activation fee.

They deactivated my home internet box because it wasn't getting any signal, then lost my account number which requires me to purchase an entirely new line of service, new phone numbers etc..They also do not offer receipts which is completely illegal, of which I have on video waiting to submission to town hall, hopefully they get a larger fine x 50 than the over 200 dollars they made me waste because they weren't competent enough to do their job.

When to this one, because they had the phone my mom wanted, then they messed up my family plans and gave us the run around. Then I asked for a phone and the owner “ordered” it and it never came after 3 months ever time I call for a status the owner decides not pick up anymore. No longer going to this location any longer.

Horrible customer service and if you make more than 1 hours worth of calls and something happens to your phone even if if its 2 days after the purchase date they wont exchange it and make you mail it to the manufacturer. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!
