The guy working,jay, was very pleasant and helpful as well as fast and knowledgeable with setting up a new moto stylus phone and gave me good deals as it was a pricey phone and the hard case wasn't included and I even ended up upgrading my tablet and getting that connected as well for only $20, which I had expected to have spent anyway on the phone and accessories as I was saving money for the new phone for awhile and using a tablet with a badly cracked screen and TextNow as a very unreliable and not private (speakerphone only) when I came in . I happily agreed to respond to the text from metro pcs about his customer service that he said would come the next day but it never came and he deserves the positive feedback

I'm not too happy right now with this company been having problems with the phone I call customer service so they can help me I can't get into my voicemail no MyChart I don't know if my phone's been hacked I haven't gotten any messages at all and I think that's very irresponsible

Service isn’t to complain about, but manager tends to yell at employees too often over small things & in front of costumers, at that. Not nice to see happen in a work place so neatly kept.
