“My husband and I recently bought our mattress from the Shelton mattress firm location, and I’m happy to report it was a seamless, informative, overall positive experience for us both. All the staff there are super welcoming, but we primarily worked with Deontae who was wonderful to work with. We were pretty clueless as to what we wanted, but after a few simple questions, Deontae was able to recommend what ended up being the winner mattress. Everything was clearly outlined, no hidden fees, I felt confident and excited about our decision. This was a Saturday and our mattress arrived Monday. Definitely didn’t expect such a quick turnaround, so really amazing. Everything was delivered with the upmost care and the premium delivery service made it completely hassle free, highly recommend. Not only did they arrive promptly at the start of the two hour window, but I received a call when they were 10 minutes out and another call after they left to check that everything went smoothly. “After having a really sore back for a few weeks, I decided to stop into Mattress Firm since a friend recommended them. Nigel gave me a ton of information and suggestions. I left with a mattress in mind but wanted a little time to think about it. I went back a few days later to purchase a pillow I had tried. I missed Nigel that day as he was in a different store but fortunately Denzell was just as helpful. I ended up with new pillows and a great deal on the mattress I had picked out and even got delivery the next day. Best part was the first night sleeping on the new mattress the pain was gone!
