I went about 8 months ago for an air conditioning problem and it turns out that at first they were only going to charge me, but when they did it and less than 100 meters after leaving the workshop through the air ducts it began to expel a white gas, which perceived a toxic substance, such as paint solvent. I came back that same moment and told them that I was almost poisoned by that gas that the AC ejected, so they decided to keep the car to check what the problem was. Then they called me and said that it seems that there was a liquid leaking into the AC and heating filters as well, so they had to change all that. At first they said it was going to be between 400 and 500 dollars, but they called me again to tell me that it was going to be almost 1,000 dollars because the dashboard of the car had to be disassembled and the labor was complicated. In the end they returned the car to me with air, but I still think the cost was very high. Everything was fine until this summer started and the surprise that I had no air again when they had given me a guarantee that the AC was going to be fine. I called them to let them know about the problem and I took the car back to them and they told me that they have to recharge it and that it is $110, when an AC never runs out in the last month of summer, that is, in a single month of use. We decided to refill it because now they said it might be leaking somewhere. And all the money they charged me for the air to leak somewhere? They supposedly changed the parts, and on top of that they tell me that if I bring the car to them and it is one of the parts that they changed, they can replace it but that I have to pay them for the labor, that is, it is blatant theft because in addition The parts cost the least, their labor was the most expensive of everything I paid, but it really is a place that I do not recommend, terrible service, they charge a lot and the problem is not solved. Be careful at this time of year I still have a damaged AC and no desire to return to that terrible place.

I was charged almost 500$ to replace all brakes. 2 months later I started having problems with brakes already. If I wanted to fix it again, I’d have to pay for labor and some parts again. Unbelievable.Service: Brakes

M&M is one of the ONLY honest mechanics around. I know enough about cars to recognize “BS” and there’s none here. The owner Marcio is hands and explains what should be done, why it should be done, and what the risks of putting off said repairs are. I’ve referred numerous people and everyone has been satisfied. This is NOT one of those shops that throws parts at an issue hoping one will solve it. If some trial and error is necessary, rest assured Marcio will explain that to you. This shop truly is a diamond in the rough!

I took my car there to get some work done, the vehicle stayed there overnight and somehow my brand new GPS navigated radio was stolen. No broken windows, no forced entry. It's not a place I'm looking to do business there again.
