We use this company twice once in 2009 from Orlando to Puerto Rico and again in 2014 from Puerto Rico to Boston and it was amazing everything delivered on time and the second time it was delivered earlier than expected. I highly recommend this company.

Since I have been moving back and forth,all my stuff has been sent by la rosa del monte, honestly I haven't had any issues,all my boxes have been in great shape,nothing broken,and they always ,I mean always,they have given me,a great service,That's why i recommend la rosa del monte, keep up the good service!!!

They stole boxes from me ? 5 boxes and no one knows anything, the employees are thieves, I do not recommend this company even to move a dog, they are terrible employees, mediocre

Well it has been 11 weeks since they picked up my belongings in PR and still have not received them in NY. I call all they say it’s in transit. They don’t offer a more detail information. They don’t call the Crowley to see what’s going on. Nothing. I asked for the supervisor and I was told he has not been coming to work. To try and call after 9:30 am because that’s when he usually shows up if he comes. I was also told by their assistant that a lot of other clients are having the same issue.

They are terrible, they break things and they say that at 60 cents per weight of what is broken they leave things voted and one has to be making complaints, they are useless, they should take it and go bankrupt because in truth, the clients lose more than what they pay, very bad company does not notify people when the move arrives and even more so when things of value are not to be trusted, you have to think carefully before making the decision to choose the services for me, they are OUT???

I am very upset with this company they steal things they do not return calls my move from Connecticut to PR I sent one of the best power plants which I saw was 1,500 first it went in van 33 then in 34 and the plant never It appeared, I don't know if the thieves were from Connecticut or from PR and to make matters worse they only offered me 275 while they enjoyed the plant I don't recommend this company to anyone a broken table a box is bar ta and they don't care about anything at all When I called them back a month ago and I'm waiting for the call, thieves, that's not done. I'm poor, not a millionaire, so they can steal my things. I made a great effort to buy that plant. They are the worst. I have everything recorded, all the conversations. That is not done. I will contact the PR news channel so they can find out.

I used them 3 years ago, FROM CT TO PR, i had great delivery. The only thing is that one of the boxes was torned open. But i thought prices are good. I'm using them again. Have to say 3 years ago Ricky was excellent and the guys that picked up very nice and professional, this time a female not so customer service like, but hope to have the same great service. But NOT sending my car with them!

My parents moved from Florida to Connecticut they send their stuff through this company. Not only that were late by two almost 3 months, when the drivers came to the house to unload my parents stuff they thought they were by themselves and started asking my 75-year-old father to help them with the stuff because they were heavy. I have the Video I will post this soon, Unless they reimburse my parents back.
