Key foods is pretty good packed with food and some you just don't see like in stop &shop. The guys in the meat department are ok did the cuts l asked for. But lots of water around. Be careful.

bought a $3:50 avocado very expensive i think! but when i cut it was black in side. well i thought it happens. tithe problem started when went back to get it exchanged the cashier ask me for a receipt time date social security for a product that i ask to scan a because it had store sticker or bar code had to speak to a manager and spent 1 hour for a $3.50 item a waste of time and resources for a bad product that they are selling. will not go back to the store again not a customer oriented business.

the customer service here is terrible, i was in the PRODUCE section with a personal shopping bag, my mom was in another isle and she heard one of the guys reporting me on the walkie talkie. after i walked in the isle, the guy kept looking at us because he realized my mom heard him reporting me, when we got the cashier the lady pointed to a sign and told us to read it, when we did , it was basically a sign saying dont use personal shopping bag. Their communication skills are terrible, if he would've simply came up to say something i would've apologized. Smh and after as i walked around the store he kept looking at me, and it's sad because this is a supermarket i often go to, its a shame that they couldn't simply tell me we weren't allowed to do that, and the sign saying you shouldn't do that was in front of the cashier so there was no way i could've saw it. telling me would've been better than giving me looks and speaking about me in Spanish.

At first I didn’t like this place because some of the employees were truly awful when I first arrived but over time they started to hired a lot more nicer employees and I was managed to go more often whenever I can, it was the last super market I went to back at home.

I’ll never shop at this place in my life. Security tried to press me and say “i stole a hershey”, and tell me to empty out my pockets. He was so sure I took something and when I emptied my pockets for him to find I didn’t have anything but what I came in with he said “I must’ve put it back”. You profiled me and felt dumb that you were wrong and still wanted to blame me for something. You’ll never get money from me at this establishment.

Good Spanish items.! The fruits and vegetables are not always fresh, but if you do a good pic, it’s alright. Prices are much better than other supermarkets…!!
