Called to inquire about breaks after my questions were answered, I was trying to say I’ll be down the next day being I no longer live in Bridgeport & the person just hung up in my face which was extremely rude ! so they will not be getting my service. I’m big on good customer service , I work too hard for my money.

I just went there for a checking because my check engine light turned on, and well first of all the owner or whatever he is mean and impolite, and i noticed that they scratched my car i don’t even know how they did that. Crazy honestly

The owner is a liar a cheat and a thief his name is CHICO paid him to do a job on car gave him the parts to put in car he lied and said he did it I went to another guy and he told me no work was done I went back to this man he actually handed my parts back to me AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK HE TREATS HIS KIND WELL AND MISTREATS PEOPLE OF COLOR THE MAN IS NO GOOD SHOP IS NO GOOD DO NOT BRING CAR HERE I HAVE HIM ON TAPE LYING AND HAVE TO TAKE HIM TO COURT FOR MY MONEY…NEVER COME HERE !!!

Bought a 2008 GMC Acadia from them in March of this year and they sold me a lemon . Owner is nonchalant and doesn't care or do safety checks on the car. Car had no AC which he never fixed. Check engine light kept coming on and off and he told me it needed oil . Car overheated couple weeks after buying , then in June overheated again and he said it was the alternator . Did a b******* job fixing that and in August the car broke down on me while going to a funeral on the highway while my kids were in the car and it started smoking . I told the owner about it and he laughed at me and said it's my fault . Told me he'd refund my money once he looks at the car , come back the next couple of days and he tells me there's nothing he can do and won't refund me . Owner is rude as hell don't EVER go to them ! They have more unfixed cars in their lot than sold ones .

I’ve been to them 2 times and was satisfied both times , never took long to stay with my 2011 Audi Q5 . I heard from a friend who also goes there that they work on foreign cars so ever since I’ve been going to them when I have a issue .Service: General repairs & maintenance
