If you go to get your taxes done do NOT go to Wendy Ramirez. If your return is delayed or a mistake is made somehow, she will handle the situation in a very unprofessional manner. When everything is good she’s a good preparer but will over-talk you, speak full of attitude, and won’t return your calls if things go wrong requiring her help to fix a problem. Due to Wendy, I still haven’t received my 2021 tax return and she could care less seems irritated when I ask her to help me. I made an appointment with her on a Monday for a Thursday…Thursday comes I get to the downtown Bridgeport location to go in she’s coming out to leave. She tells me she’s heading to the Fairfield location & to meet her there. A bit annoyed I agreed because I’ve been needing help contacting the IRS for a year now to figure out where my money is. Once I get there she still isn’t there and once she does get there, she takes a woman before me who had a 12:30 appointment when my mine was 12 and stated to my face I never had an appointment. If I never had an appointment then why did you tell me to meet you there and why did we speak when making the appointment 3 days prior Wendy??? The appointment wasn’t made through a receptionist but directly through her! That now had me upset I had to wait an extra hour for her to be done with the 12:30. In January when she was trying to help me figure out why I never received last years 2021 taxes that she did for me ( which is the ONLY reason I gave her another chance at doing my taxes BUT nEvER AGAIN!!) she asked me to go home to get last years tax return packet. When I returned with the packet, she was on the phone and told me to just leave it on her desk and she’ll give it back to me when I come back to finish my taxes (since I was still waiting on a w2) fast forward to a month later she’s claims she never told me to go get last years packet and she doesn’t have any of my information telling me i must’ve taken it back completely lying and gaslighting like I’m stupid and forgot she gave it back to me when I know she never did. I’m upset now I still have no tax return and my information from last year and this year is lost some where WENDY has no clue of and doesn’t care to find out where. Very unprofessional. She used to be good but it’s time to give it up if you can’t remember what you tell clients, can’t remember appointments being set, AND then you’re losing paperwork, too?? SMH Please do better….much better

I have only good words to say about my experience with Mrs Wendy Ramirez. I always get there on time and don’t have to wait long before it’s my turn. She’s very polite and professional.She always does a good job and I never have any problems with my taxes and she always make sure she put me down on the calendar the same day/date for the following year to get my taxes done ???
