WORST products you can ever buy, company wont fix or return my furnaces, i shipped 3 of them back and they kept them for OVER 3 months after that, they returned them NOT FIXED. This company has too many mangers you have to deal with and every time you have to explain ur situations over and over that's if u get lucky to get a hold of one of them.
i bought few furnaces that supposed to be Italian made but broke down after few melts, so i returned them to get fixed, we spoke to a manger and told us they will fix them, they held them for over 3 months and then they told me that they cant be fixed and shipped them to me not working.
I bought Chinese furnace and lasted a lot longer than the ones they sell (supposed to be Italian)

TERRIBLE. AVOID. I would absolutely NEVER order from this company ever again. I am a jewler and I made an order back at the beginning of August for some carbide burs, sanding sticks and a few other things. I recieved some items but it was only half of my order. I was anticipating another box, but 3 weeks go by and nothing ever came. I emailed their customer support link only to be told that half of my items were on back order until mid October. Gesswein didn't say anything about this before I placed my order and there was no note on the item stating there would be a 2 month wait or I would've ordered somewhere else. October comes and passes and I still haven't recieved my items I paid for back in August. I email support again twice and never got a response!! Extremely shady and unprofessional company. It is now mid November and I still haven't recieved my items. Avoid this shady disorganized theiving company at all cost. I'd give a lower rating if I could.

Worst online shopping experience. Item I ordered was not marked as *backordered* and I only found out it was on backorder when I called for an update. The transaction disappeared from my credit card statement. I later emailed my sales contact to cancel my order. No reply. A few months later, the item showed up at my studio. I keep receiving invoice notices without instructions how to pay. I never received replies from the accounting department when I emailed to ask for instructions to pay. No instructions on the invoice. No reply or phone call when I emailed them asking someone to call me for payment.

There I was, up to my neck in confusion, trying to intelligently select a jewelry steamer that would work well and not break my budget. I tried calling Esslinger, (Gesswein's competator). Eslinger does not speak to customers over the phone, no matter the nature of the call! Then I tried Gesswein and Roger called me back in a flash. Roger carefully listened to and diagnosed my business needs. He helped me select a steamer that fit my budget. I now understand "three bars", nozzles, and the merits of various tank sizes. As a former management professor, I can tell you that this is customer service done the way you've always dreamed about.

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Gesswein! I took the plunge and bought my very first micromotor and I am so glad that I did! I had questions before my item shipped and the customer service representative I worked with was helpful and quick to respond via email. After receiving my micromotor, and once I was done drooling over it, I had further questions and called customer service. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with my new tool! It is powerful, easy to operate, takes up little space, and one of the best investments I've made in my jewelry business. I had a perfect shopping experience and recommend Gesswein to anyone in need of high quality tools and consumables for their jewelry creations!
