False advertising, they lie to your face and then tell you the details that the salesman wrote on your sales order contract aren't real. After waiting a combined total of 16 hours between 3 scheduled appointments that they didnt show up for, i now have service finally, and have to pay $40 more per month than what i was told...and i have the lower price in writing. They don't care in the least. I'll be cancelling soon. You will be better off with ANY other provider. Not sure how they haven't been sued yet for not honoring details written on sales contracts. Hacks for sure.

you will not get a cheap ticket the extra fees will kill you . I end paying 3 times the original cost !! plus if you need assistance you also have to pay ! The worst airline ever . Be aware ! hope you don't have the terrible experience I have to go through.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with...my internet went down on a Saturday and I spent 2 hours on the phone with them trying to troubleshoot the issue. They finally said they needed to send an tech to my home, which would have been fine except the first available date was FOUR WEEKS away. I work from home as a project manager so having a working internet is critical to keeping me employed! I spent hours with them on a "chat" trying to get them to understand but they were not at all helpful. I was without internet a good part of the week and finally had to switch providers. Now they are trying to stick me with a bill to include days that I did not even have service! I sent certified letters explaining WHY the bill was incorrect. They ignored me and then sent my account to collections. I'm still fighting the charges which takes time that I do not have. STAY FAR AWAY FROM FRONTIER.

Spent over an hour on the phone, trying to transfer service to a new address all for them to tell me that they don't serve the new address after telling me they do. Thanks for wasting my time and energy Frontier.

Frontier is the only provider of fiber internet service in the town where I live, and the service is great when it works. When it doesn't work, though, I get to experience Frontier customer service. You've heard it's bad, but how bad is it? It's bad, friends! I spent an hour and 14 minutes on the phone once before they would agree to send a technician; the Internet service went down for every Frontier customer in my neighborhood this week, and they kept telling all of us that there was no service outage. When I talked to a customer service representative to report an outage and she told me it would be a week before anyone could come out, I asked if there was any way she could escalate the call. She hung up on me, which was the last bit of encouragement I needed to switch back to Cox for Internet service.

I signed up for a service MLB and paid they did not supply until a month later I cancelled I thought and went to MLB direct I did stop on the the Frontier MLB thinking it was ok When I call in to fix this the told me I used the service so no refund I then explained to 6 different people I was told a manager would call and never did They are BULLies of the worst kind I settled with them They even said they would not take off my credit report DO not USE Frontier any once else is better Please do not take any of their deals They are ruthless thugs

So I recently found out the hard & very disappointing way how Frontier airlines Lie & Play with their customers. Like always I check in on time for my flight. Well this time I noticed that even tho we were assigned seats, I could not pull up new boarding passes. My daughter & I get to the airport, try the kiosk and it said see attendant. The attendant said we needed to check in 45 minutes before time. I said I have been. Get on the plane to learn that stewardess that have been rerouted / reassigned due to weather or whatever need a seat on next outgoing to get to their next assignment. NOT NICE! I like Stewarts but that thoughtless reassignment of my seat put me way out & cost me much more time & money. Stewardess are very hardworking and sometimes disrespected workers but find another solution other than not caring about my inconvenience. So be aware if you can’t check in, u know why.

They couldn't be worse. To relate my horror story with their lack-of-service team would be to relive a trauma I should go to therapy to squash.Trust me and anyone else reviewing here....don't do it. Their internet is the slowest on the planet. I'm not kidding. Their service is terrible; not the people, they try, just the overall service experience from calling in to scheduling to getting it delivered is frustrating and terrible.You've been warned.
