I purchased a vehicle from 5 Star automotive for 6400.00 , a week later the engine light came on , took it back and they erased it ,2 days later engine light came back on , within a week the car completely shut down at a red light , got it towed at my expense to come find out there was no oil in the car , they accused me of draining the oil so it can break down , it’s been in the shop with them for 3 weeks again because they have to give it a new motor cause the motor was gone , they are very rude , giving me attitude for something that was THEIR fault , they wouldn’t give a loaner to get back and forth to work , cause their families are driving the cars , please do not buy cars from these people , #STAYWOKEFROMPEOPLELIKETHIS

I'm extremly happy with my purchase there. I bought a 2013 Frontier and the car was in excellent both interior and exterior. I was treated very well by George and his other employee. Until this day I go back and get my oil changed because of the amazing service.

The guys at five star auto were all extremely helpful. George was the one who helped me pick out a gorgeous F-150! He was very knowledgeable about the cars and very professional. Definitely ask for him if you go!!! But again all the guys were helpful and kind, got me in and out, i was able to leave with the car in a matter of hours. No fuss, no tricks, just complete honesty and professionalism. I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

The level of George's integrity as a business man is disappointing. Bought a truck from him because my wife and I were looking for a 2nd vehicle seeing that our family is growing. 3 days after buying the truck from them, it started smoking through the vents and from under the hood. At the time my wife was alone with our 5yr old, 3yr old and 3month old. This is only 3 days after buying the truck. The issue wasn't covered under the 30 day warranty but after having the cops call

I spent $4,000 of my savings on a car from these guys. Mind you this was all within a month and 2 weeks of purchasing, only to have them sell me a car that had a transmission slipping and an engine that has more problems than I can count. I called them peacefully to ask if there was anything they can do and they hit me with the “it's not my problem after 30 days†thing. They robbed me! I don't Make enough to just throw away money. Having a car meant a lot to me and being greedy they sell me one that has problems more expensive than the car itself. I would Never recommend you spend your money with these people. They don't care about you. They care about money only.
