I used this location a few times for returns. Most recently for a frontier router return. Didn't have to pack it or anything. Just let then scan the QR code in the email frontier sent me, got my receipt and was off. The only negative I have is parking is sparce, tight and tricky. The lot is horrible. And if it's full, I'm not sure there is any street parking so you gotta park in another nearby lot or circle back. It's a busy street, so good luck with that. The staff always seem to know what to do, and are pretty efficient. The interior is clean.

Clerk was rude. After he finished with the customer before me, he played on the computer for about 5 minutes before assisting me. When I pointed out that the package needed to be sealed, he handed me this huge tape apparatus as a senior citizen I could not handle it and had to ask for his assistance. He begrudgingly complied with my request. This was at FedEx in Walmart at Stratford about 2 pm on the last Monday in March 2021.
