So far, my experience with Rich has been amazing. I had my car broken into and was feeling slightly overwhelmed. Rich, who might not realize it, eased my mind and my palpitations and fixed my car within 18 hours.
Glass is glass, and there are many places you can go to get yours fixed, however if you want to feel like you've got a friend there, making certain all goes well, call Family Auto. The name says it all, cause I was treated just like family.
