Only self-pay check-out lines were available so the line was long and I felt very pressured to go faster than I could. I thought it was unusual because there were 3 employees standing at the front and all they were doing was telling people there registers weren't open.Also I guess most people know this already but items are now $1.25 not $1.00.

I was an employee there and after 3 years we get a new store manager who is lazy always going down people’s throat and when u respond back she wants to get u fired. Multiple calls were put to HR and they did nothing about it. She calls and cries and multiple people have gotten fired because of her. The store looks so empty and dirty. Yet the DM is on her side. She will go to the bank to get change for the store and comes back 2 hours later. She will have her husband come in and do her job. She was taking hours away from people. She will become upset and be cursing in the office yet nothing was done to her. I have proof that I reached out to DM about her behavior yet she is still working there. As long as she’s there Dollar Tree will continue to look like a dump. I did more of her job than she did. She really needs to be investigated. She’s just nasty with employees and customers whom some feel afraid to come forward and complain because they were scared to get fired.

Store FALSLY accuses my sister of stealing. And we will be coming to seek some type of evidence action. I see according to reviews, false accusation of stealing has been a thing! They should not get away with this

SEASONS GREETINGSI can only speak of my own shopping experience and customer service. I just wanted express my appreciation to the present manager(s) and their team. From the cashier's, stockers, I know the effort and hard work everyone puts in to give their customers a pleasant shopping experience. I seen definite improvements. Had a strange experience here I’ve only came here about 6 times prior I usually just come to buy little accessories or I come with my boyfriend but yesterday I came in alone, and when I came in, I was wrongfully accused of stealing by the security, and when she checked my back she seemed disappointed that she didn’t find anything and also didn’t apologize for accusing me of anything then began to gaslight me when I asked for the HR number anyone I asked for a number they would brush me off and tell me I need to leave when in reality I was just upset because I feel like I deserved better treatment then that especially if y’all were in the wrong the security guard continues on to say “I’m still going to have my job, I don’t work for dollar tree” so that when I admit I started yelling because I was embarrassed and flustered that sb could accuse you of nothing and then not accountability when they are wrong for what they accused you for, later on, I called the store I didn’t even let them know that it was me, but I asked them for the security company that is moderating the store. They told me they were putting a manager on the phone but they actually put the security guard on the phone with me and she told me to call and ask for a manager tomorrow, this morning I called them and ask them if they were a manager and they hung up in my face. So everything is already reported I might even go to court about this this is very distressing and all could have been avoided

Ok first off this place is horrible yesterday there were so many people on shift but alot of them were just standing around doing nothing I was there shorty and witnessed them accuse a young female of stealing even opened the bag and they found nothing and I don’t think there was any apology issued either. Even I felt uncomfortable walking throughout the store because they are suspicious of everyone stealing if you have a security gaurd let them do your job I also heard the security threaten the girl that she was armed and for what? I don’t think I’ll come back here very ghetto they treat paying costumers horrible

The short older woman with the black short hair cut is VERY rude I was standing on line when she reached over and grabbed a basket that was on the floor, saying “I’m grabbing this basket” as if I’m supposed to move because she says that, the word is actually excuse me but I honestly think it was because she was trying to sneak and bend to look inside the girl who was in front of mes bag, I watch her I then watched them argue with that same customer because supposedly they accused them of stealing and they found nothing on them I’m writing this review on behalf of her I hope she reports it all I don’t think they know they all could be in serious trouble for that but the thing is they act cocky because they don’t think they will I heard the security yell “I’m still going to have my job” not wrongfully accusing people who walk In the store you want

I love it even more now that we are on a savings plan, it helps us a lot, we can find everything and $1.25 helps us to be able to do our food shopping, even gifts, nice Christmas things, medicine and other products.
