One of the worst dollar stores in Bridgeport. I told them my charger that I bought wasn’t working and they made it seems like i didn’t buy it from them. I waited half an hour for them to open the store. Will not be going back there ever! No customer service at all! I wish I could have gave them a 0 instead of a 1.

Came here a couple months ago with a friend, just remembered. I accidentally dropped a product while walking and an employee immediately started screaming at me and my friend demanding we pick it up while we was already picking it up. Then when we were ready to check out we couldn’t afford it (we’re in high school) so we said never mind and the lady at the register who i assume was his wife got upset and i stepped away she said if i couldn’t afford it why would i pick it up and waste her time, don’t come here, that was like really mean and still sticks w me

If i could leave a 0 i would. I purchased balloons from amazon and brought the balloons here to fill them with air the OWNER broke one of the balloons then tried to charge us to buy and fill a balloon from his store. he proceeded to say “it’s not my problem”. I will never shop here again.

I like shopping in dollar store for all these stationary or disposable items but this particular store is close by and I sometimes walk up to there to see if they have got anything new things in the store but last week the person at the counter was very rude and asked me to make my daughter stop touching things who is just 4 ..can anyone tell me how on earth will I keep asking her to stop while I am myself shopping in the store and she was not throwing or breaking their things all she was doing is that she was picking up one toy and then showing that to me if she can buy that..I wanted to tell that person that he lost one customer's trust and interest in that very store and from that day I have never been there ..very disappointed by his behavior
