If I could give one star here I would. This is by far the absolute worst CVS I have ever been to and that’s saying a lot. There is always at least 30 people waiting in line for the pharmacy and they go as slow as they possibly can. There will be 4 people behind the counter and yet they still cannot move people through the line. Don’t even get me started if you happen to come when it is almost lunch. They will stand out there and tell you they won’t serve you even when it’s 15 minutes before lunch. Two minutes too lunch and they slam the gates down. If you can, go to another pharmacy. No one cares here to help you in the least. This place should be shut down.

Useless. Tried calling the pharmacy 3 times. Was hung up on once and got what I assume was an answering machine as it beeped. Time to shut this location, it’s trash.

Possibly the worst CVS on the planet. People begging outside, the stoee is always trashed, stuff all over the floor. The register staff are rude, the kind of people you can tell hate their job and want to take it out on you. The worst part is that everything is ridiculously expensive. Would travel 3 towns over to avoid going to this particular store.

I was hoping to get a prescription transfer as my usual pharmacy was closing in the coming weeks. NO PHONE CALLS ANSWERED FOR WEEKS!!! I left voicemails, tried the transfer on website (it then prompted me to call the store…), AND contacted CVS support. NOTHING.

They are the worst cvs in Bridgeport. Because they are the only cvs 24 hrs store, the inconvenience of going in/out is the all time horrible experience!!! The pharmacy is worst line goes down the aisle. And calling in IS THE WORST!!! I held on and drove to the store, (10 minutes away) when I arrived to the pharmacy area there was 3 people in line and 4 people in the back. WTH pick up the phone and assist, this cvs pharmacy customer response is horrible. Help the customers that are there 1st, to get them in/out the store. Have someone answer the calls. But filling orders for customers that is not there yet is totally unacceptable!!! Phone orders, fax scripts should be handled, but as soon as the customers in line are helped first. Then go back to filling orders. The managers or owners need to be trained on how to prioritize their customers needs so that this store will not be a DMV EXPERIENCE. Go there the biggest problem is pharmacy!!! The network is horrible, very slow.

I honestly didn't look at the comments before telling my doctor to send my prescription to this pharmacy, please don't come here, I've been trying to claim my medication for 3 days and they don't deliver it, I'm wasting my time every time I go, I made 2 Sometimes the line lasted half an hour waiting in line when my turn was approaching, they said they were going to have lunch, they didn't care that I was already waiting, I also bought some vitamins and she asked me for my ID, a lady lasted with my ID looking at it and she didn't give it to me. It seemed unprofessional to hire people who love their work.
