7/23/2024!1:20 pm The cashier is DUMB AS HELL took up over 10 mins with one costumers all the other costumers had cash and simple request and she was stuck on doing one at a time like she couldn't move a line or multitask! Just another girls yesterday tried to over charge me too! Pay attention or what you purchase like if you purchase food it can 1$ they assume you get 2 and over charge like I'm used to paying like $5 for a hot dog so $5 for one isn't crazy but it's crazy there!!! Lmaoo

Very uncomfortable & it’s unfortunate that you can walk in to an establishment being very respectful & be dismissed & ridiculed by your own kind. I wouldn’t suggest going there while the 3 employees 2 boys & one girl attitude were disgusting as well as unprofessional & racist. I wouldn’t wish the experience I had on my worst enemy. I will be reaching out to corporate about my experience.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Excellent coffee. Use the App and constantly get free or reduced cost products
I just upgraded to the new app. Numerous issues. Can't find anything other then rewards. Very confusing and not very organized or user friendly

I'm currently being harassed by your staff with the speaker saying I'm loitering none stop as I just drove a long way and on my feet smoking a cigarette before I grab a coffee. Very annoying that your staff is allowed yo harass customers while they are outside with the most annoying recording about loitering.

I remember a few years ago, when you got into the store, you were greeted by the cashiers. Today, I was there, and the cashiers were more entertaining looking at their phones than taking care of the customers. There were customers looking for help, and they didn't even realize.

I walked into the store where the two female cashiers were available and they both stood there talking and joking, ignoring us as if there wasn't a line of people waiting. Why hire employees that cause you to lose money.

Customer service was unavailable at this Cumberland farms ! I asked "OSTIN" if he could help get my card out of the pump ...His response was you have to wait im doing something else then proceeded to continue cleaning the lot and changing the trash.

actually.. I paid today with like three different credit cards to get a package of cigarettes and thought I had enough to get the 2/$4 coke. cashier was new after cancelling and redoing transaction a few times I said cancelled everything cept cigs I can cover that. meanwhile he left the sodas n free chips in bag redid transaction..both of us getting frustrated..well me any way... so finally cig sole transaction went thru. I grabbed the bag, and the cigs just to scan price and left. not thinking... got home... I already had a pk of cig he sold me in my purse. and the sodas was actually I believe cancelled and not paid for ony card.. so at the moment I'm not around the store but I have to return the xtra pk of cigarettes and pay for the soda one quantity I drank. and return other soda PKG cigs and pay for one of the 2/$4 sodas. I'm not sure when I can make it there, but in any case I didn't intentionally leave or aka steal the items. so I'll be around there sometime with in the next 3days...please don't get me arrested... I use to work there so u Kno who I am... never stole from them before....tell Darcy hello... Zetta Rawls e Main st Cumberland...so please in a few days I'll just come in n pay for the extra stuff or return it.. I don't know...
