I had a nail in my tire. I was traveling an hr back to my home. I stopped here to get air. When I noticed the nail the young man was more than willing to patch despite the cold weather. I wish I could remember his name (should have written the review sooner). He was very efficient and kind. Showed me his work. Great employee.

Good place for tires. They sell you what you need at a price you can afford. There was no attempt at up selling.

I had to get tires....and the ones I had were so bad I could see the white fibers. I went to "Tires and Wheels" cause my Aunt recommended them to me. Let me tell you.....they are totally AWESOME!!!! The owner of the business treated me like gold....I couldn't of asked for more. Her name is Kelly. If your needing tires give "Tires and Wheels" a try.....you will not be sorry you did. I also want to point out that I usually go to Towne Fair Tire in Stratford. They quoted a price of $289. "Tires and Wheels" was $225.....and I truly think the service was way way better...more personalized. A-1 business all the way!!!!!!!!

The staff were really nice and friendly, I was really surprised by the price though - it cost $80 for a tire rotation and a patch in one tire that I had a nail in which doesn't seem in line with all the other reviews of this place having great prices - wasn't given a breakdown of the price so not sure of the individual costs - maybe 30 for the patch and 50 for the rotation? Seems steep though.

The absolute worst customer service expercience of 2020 on 12/3/2020 at 545pm. Walk in with no greeting, young lady behind the counter conpletely disregarded my presence and proceeded tp take care of the person who came in after me. When i voiced my displeasure she never even picked up her head. Manager comes out, i pay for gas, no apology, no thanking for my business. Everyone in this place needs to be retrained on basic human skills and courtesy or replace the staff. NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THIS PLACE AGAIN

Good price at the pump usually... convenience store is clean and carries basics you expect to find in a gas station store. But also they ARE charging you for the "convenience", so expect inflated prices. Air pumps there and vacuums. Staff inside is usually pretty nice and professional. If you leave and need to go left onto Madison, don't wait at the light at the exit, it takes FOREVER to turn and it's a dangerous intersection any way! Better off going out the other exit or onto marion st adjacent to station.

Had new tires put on my dually truck. One week goes by and my wheels were loose. Guy didn't torque the wheels and claimed he did.

Strangely enough I paid $10 for gas and it thought I pressed super premium but I pressed the regular button so they still charge me for $10 for the super premium. Don’t ever go to this gas station ever again since they wanna rip you off.

Regarding their availability they stated they opened at 8:30. I showed up at around 9:15 for a tire rotation and still wasn't being tended to as no one except for the receptionist was present. I then waited until one of the workers showed up who was nothing short of disinterested to help. I then asked if I could also get a full replacement on lugs for my tires, he didn't pay my request any mind and continued to rotate my tires. As I end up leaving I notice my car driving relatively rough and a noise was emitting from my car as I continued to drive. Time goes by and realize that the man didn't even fasten the driver side rear tires! Unbelievable, a waste of time and money.

I'm pretty sure it the owner that you primarily deal with or at least he is almost always there and making sure things get done properly. He appears rough around the edges and moves fast, but he knows his stuff and is a very fair guy. He has a solution for your need and he's not looking to rip you off. Good people.

My friend had been going to Fred for his tires and wheels for over 15years. I was introduced to this shop 8years ago. Used to be loyal to Town Fair, all for nothing. TIRES AND WHEELS has great prices and they're always willing to help. No long lines. These men work fast and hard. Moved from North Ave to Madison Ave. NEW LOCATION, SAME GREAT SERVICE!!

This place was my go to place but sadly went there today and it's closed Phone # not in service no more Fred would always have the best price around and quick honest service Sad to see them not having the doors open for the people of Bridgeport it's another loss on many levels for the citizens tax revenues ,jobs and from the looks of the property another illegal dump site Sad
