This is the worst bank ever. The workers are rude and racist, and whenever you want to speak to the manager they always say he is in a meeting . I went there to cash a cheque and it’s unbelievably that these people are giving me a hard time and refuses to cash the cheque, even when I provided enough proof.

Entering this branch is pleasant because it has space, it is well located and it does not keep it very busy and the space to wait for service is very comfortable. If I had cable TV I would have stayed to have my lunch ?, although I had to wait approximately 15 min to be attended to, there was no advisor, I felt comfortable and calm, the cashiers are friendly and speak Spanish too, but the slow one is a little slow

We have several businesses in Bridgeport and we are starting manufacturing as well. We use this branch because it's close but honestly every time we try to do anything they turn us away. They treat us and other customers horribly as if they are not in customer service. They turn us away for signing documents then call us back saying their mistake. It is a shame they operate with such caution and abstinence that they refuse to help people and treat those who enter as lesser individuals.

Carmen McMurry, bank manager (1460 State st. Bridgeport ct) was very kind. She helped me out so much with my account problems mind I came in two times within the hour. I love the patience she have. She is greatly appreciated.

Nice branch, costumers service is excellent but never enough staff.... sometimes there's only two employees working:/.
