Super unimpressed. I came in to open a new account, they told me to have a seat and wait, then they came back to me and told me that they're going to lunch and cannot open the account for me unless I waited another half hour. Better staffing is in order, there was only one person to help and she went to lunch.

What a waste of a bank! Rude ignorant tellers, they make up such ridiculous statements, they are not helpful at all, INFACT I actually think they go out of their way to find anyway to make your transaction not happen!! I stood in line for 20 mins as I watched numerous customers leaving unsatisfied and not getting what they came to the bank to get done! AVOID CHASE BANK AND THEIR LOW SAVINGS ACCOUNT PERCENTAGE AND THEIR RIDICULOUS HIGH FEES AND EXTRA CHARGES FOR NOTHING, and ALSO WILL GIVE ANYONE A HARD TIME ABOUT CASHING A CHECK AND NOT CASH IT IF YOU WRITE ONE TO SOMEONE!!!

No courtesy from employees at this location. Walked in a little after 12 i asked a question and then stood in line where i was the next customer because the bank was empty. 2 tellers which 1 was being trained and assisted a customer the other told a gentleman someone else would be helping him and paced back and forth multiple times without acknowledging me so i walked out. I clearly wasn't invisible thr female employee walked passed me several times. Employees need more training its disturbing to walk into an empty location to get ignored. Thankful im not a customer of any of these branches. 1 star by choice id give non if possible.

It was a bad experince in this bank, i wanted to make an account and the person that attended me supposedly an manager and Puerto rican i asked a question and the first thing she responded "are you guys American" but with a bad attitude. Her like a manager she has to know how to express them like a customer without the costumer feeling offended,, in my opinion Chase Bank not should have an employee with this type of attitude,, and the benefits is for her.

My boyfriend just went in to cash a check from a business account that is held with Chase bank. The check was slightly torn but it was very obvious that the tear line matched. He had his two proof of IDs. He was turned away very rudely by the teller. This was embarrassing to him as this was done loudly. It was very degrading to him as an honest working man.

Very unpleasant experience at this bank. I went into the bank to cash my life Insurance check that had my maiden name on it. The teller refused to cash my check because she said she needed a ID with my maiden name. I offered my passport, credit card, utility bill, birth certificate and a fingerprint and the Bank manager and teller still said no.

I was on a road trip and had to stop to use the restroom. It was today, Saturday, almost 2pm. In a neighborhood that I was completely unfamiliar with, I went into Walgreens to ask if I could use their restroom. No. So I went to the nearby Chase Bank. I am a good customer of Chase Bank so I asked if I could use their restroom. She said they don't really allow it, but asked me to please show my ID and Chase card. When I showed it to her, she said she could escort me to the ladies room, and she did, and overall, was very pleasant. I am thankful that she was able to accommodate me, given the COVID and other circumstances, and therefore I rate this bank (although my review has nothing to do with banking but with customer service) Overall A+++++

If I could give a 0 stars I would. My husband and I went there to open a join account we got there at 5:15 and after 15min waiting we were next and I told the lady that we want to open an account and she told me no because it was already 5:30pm and to open an account will take 40 min that is need to make an appointment.Why she didn't tell us that from the time we got there. Anyway I would not be going in there anymore..

Pretty good location in Bridgeport- ample parking and well lit ATM machines in lobby and drivethru. Occasional pan handlers outside of Walgreens store- next to bank. Only two tellers on duty- big automated super ATM machine in place of teller window. Miss the guard and free coffee they had there all the time. Bank manager is hit or miss- she deals with a lot of traffic there. Sometimes she's as sweet as can be, other times very impatient. However, service is ALWAYS top notch with tellers. Inside and surrounding areas kept very clean. Would recommend this branch for normal hours and late night ATM banking.

I have always do my banking services with chase bank ,the costomers Services is great the tellers are always polite with the costomer's never had any problems with chase bank. So if you whan good bank Services go to , JP MORGAN CHASE BANK
