Thieves. They refilled my mothers prescription without Authorization from her doctor. They have been harassing her and calling from random numbers. My Mom is 70 and does not speak English So Now i am reporting them to the insurance. Soon I will go to the police.Hopefully they shut down

I called Bridgeport Pharmacy attempting to fill a prescription of which there is a nationwide shortage. I spoke with the pharmacist who informed me that he had this Rx in stock. My provider called late in the day, to speak with the pharmacist who stated that he had the prescription in stock. I dropped the Rx off the next day as soon as they opened, and shortly thereafter received a less than professional call from a gentleman who identified himself as the "manager, owner". He spoke quickly, and did not provide clear explanation as to why he could not fill the prescription. I explained the various steps that I had taken to ensure my insurance would cover the Rx. The "manager-owner" stated that that the pharmacist the day before was "incorrect" as he is a "covering pharmacist". He spoke quickly, using jargon about the class of medication, and specific ordering. I suspect that the manager did not want to fill my prescription as I am not a regular customer there. If this is the case, the business should make all people aware that they can not fill their prescriptions if they have certain insurance and/or if they are not regular customers. While I do not doubt that this place of business provides vital services to many people, the experience that I had was poor, especially given the mixed messages.

The customer service in this pharmacy is ridiculous! I don’t know how they have 3.9 as an overall… maybe there are certain “types” of people favored but my mother had to switch pharmacies because there are two “female pharmacists” that are absolutely rude, careless and completely void of training with customer service and empathetic treatment of customers! Management should really make this an issue! PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW UR ELDERLY LOVED ONES HERE ALONE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO BE TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY! I am truly appalled and disgusted! They are so Disrespectful and unprofessional! Please be careful if you visit this deplorable business!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this pharmacy. It's usually top quality but recently I was told. Bye, the owner is that my medicine would be ready first thing in morning so we can leave on our trip. I come 10 minutes after. It's open to find out. I can't get nothing until later messing up my trip. The rental I paid for not very happy. Worst customer service I experienced as a customer.
