Best auto shop I’ve been to in years and my car breaks down every other week so that’s saying something. Alex was professional and courteous and he came in first thing in the morning and immediately went to work on my car. I might move to area just so next time I break down I can bring it here!

When my trusty car suddenly gave out after a stop at HomeDerpot, I was left stranded and bewildered. The dashboard lit up with warning signs, and despite the valiant efforts of a kind stranger in the parking lot, it refused to start. Desperate, I reached out to AAA, who directed me to their trusted partner, the Briarwood Service Center. Even though I arrived after their regular hours, they graciously allowed me to leave my car overnight. The very next morning, they were on the case. I had braced myself for a hefty repair bill, suspecting issues with the timing belt, especially after driving through torrential rain the day before. But to my astonishment, they found no issues with the belt or battery and, in a gesture of incredible goodwill, charged me nothing. Their thoroughness and integrity have won me over. Briarwood Service Center will be my go-to for all future car care needs. Their kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a heartwarming experience.

The work performed on my vehicle was done properly and at fair price, however DO NOT leave ANYTHING you may deem of value to you in the vehicle. They had my vehicle during a Saturday-Tuesday, and in that time my car was either broken into or the employees stole from my vehicle a one-of-a-kind pipe, all my loose change, and a microfiber towel (roughly $400 total value).

Love going to Briarwood. They Are reasonably priced they make you feel comfortable and they don't try to price gouge or take advantage because you're a woman.

BRIARWOOD: EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND PRICING.My 2016 Cherokee Overland was stolen out of my driveway and shortly thereafter recovered by police. I recently moved to Fairfield and have not established relationships with businesses that I need to connect with. Geico rejected my claim because i did not read the fine print. Having a perfect driving record for 30 years, I did not know it was necessary to hire an attorney to help choose my policy. I am a public school teacher with minimal expendable income and this loss has financially devastated me.I contacted AAA and was referred to Briarwood. I cannot express my relief and thanks to Briarwood to being sensitive to my circumstances and going above and beyond to restore my vehicle to the best condition it could possibly be.Customer-centered, skilled, and responsible. Thank you, Briarwood.

Took my car to get fixed by the, mind u they came AAA recommended , and they allowed my car to get broken onto & all my personal stuff along with my radio to get stolen out of. That was a week and a half ago, and they still have not fixed or reimburse me for those damages,SO NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED GETTING WORK DONE FROM THEM UNLESS U WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO AND YOUR STUFF STOLEN FROM IT!!!!!

Avoid this place like COVID, they can change tires and brakes but haven't got a clue about anything electronic. Misdiagnosed, tried to overcharge and damaged wiring...AAA will try to tow you there, choose someplace else.
