Gone to store to get a pair of head phones got home the head phone didn’t work properly I asked for a refund the women at the counter had a attitude when speaking to me like their was a problem with me return they said that because the box was ripped they couldn’t give me money back so they had to give me store credit

I had trouble with a new phone i gotten at boost mobile with drop calls I was very frustrated but I received great help with a boost mobile representative named chris n he really made me feel better with his patience n understanding to my circumstances basically he made me feel good about switching over !!to boost n helped me resolve my problem

Angie was absolutely amazing, i had just came from a different boost moble and had the worst experience but as soon as i walked in Angie welcomed me and my husband and got down too buisness. When there was complications with changing our plan she went out of her way to find us pratical solutions that didnt kill our wallets. Spent an hour chatting and making our day go from terrible to fantastic within an hour.If your in the bridgeport area skip the aggravation of dealing with these other stores and go to Angie honestly 10 outta 10

Every time I go there I'm treated with respect. The only thing I don't Really care for is the inconsistencies with prices. Ex, one day Simcard is 10 dollars. The very next day, Sim card is 25 dollars. If they could get that together, I give them 5stars.

The lady that helped me at the counter was very friendly. She helped me get my new phone. The reason why I was getting new phone was because my old phone was lost on the bus and I was due for an upgrade. She was friendly,efficient and fast. She recommended accessories for my new phone that I ended up getting.
