It was very friendly very helpful the lady that helped us she was very nice she explained herself and very polite we had a good conversation the lady treat us very very nice the only thing I didn't like is that I like to go to the store and buy my furniture right there and then but other than that it was it was very good I give her a 10 thank you very much for your service

Bob at this location was amazing. He was informative, and when asked, let us just browse. He was quick and proficient. If you're going to get some furniture, ask for Bob. The manager was incredibly professional and polite. Overall amazing team.

The receptionist sales lady at Bob's in Bridgeport was very very nice and I also went to Bob's in Norwalk and the salesman he was extreme nice extremely nice

Great experience at BoB’s! Nice selection of furniture. Thomas was a big help with giving recommendations from rugs to mattresses, to the sofa, love seat set I got. Will be returning to this location soon.

I was so happy yesterday because they were going to rectify a problem I told him time was over the essence when they talked me into taking next day delivery I had to cancel a doctor appointment this morning to accommodate them and I have another doctor appointment 11:30 there was supposed to be here by 11:15 I was unable to contact them to confirm last night I was unable to contact them today and then I get a message you're coming at 11:30 to do it's not acceptable I try to cancel the order the the salesperson in the store could it be bothered to bring the phone over to the manager they said they'd have to call me back later I'm trying to track the order to see if he'll get here right at 11:30 which will put me late at my oncology appointment I called customer service they hung up on me four times I am so upset and traumatized it registered now all the trauma I dealt with Bob's and they're delivery problems in the past I don't know why I gave him another chance
