Needed a tow in the middle of the night, called Big Sam’s and they were there extremely quick. Driver was prompt and professional. They sent pics when they arrived and when the car was loaded and dropped off. Fair price for an emergency tow. I Had the car picked up the next day to go to a body shop, and they didn’t charge me any extra hidden fees. Will recommend Big Sam’s!

Called back in the beginning of May around 10pm to have my car towed from Stamford to Bridgeport, I was told it would be 3 hours and $175. When I called back after 4 hours and nobody showing up, I was told the shift changed and now it would be $400 and another 2 hours!!!
Absolutely horrible service that left us stranded in the cold all night.
Found another company out of Fairfield at 3am, cost a bit more, but the guy arrived in 30 min and got us home.
Never trust these people!!!

I called Big Sam sitting with my car dead on a busy road! He was quick and efficient, worked with me on pricing and even gave my battery a charge. He and his son are extremely kind and professional and I will definitely be calling if I have an issue in the future. Highly recommend giving him a call if you are in need!!
