Very poor customer service, they are very rude when you arrive and ask for what you need, they act like they are doing you a favor. They don't even carry ABS, won't be going to neither of their stores again.

Neighbor got a delivery from this vendor. Apparently their warehouse and this company is OK with them blocking non-delivery location driveways. They have a box truck parked in front of MY driveway blocking 3/4 of it. I called the company and they had me on hold. They kept coming back asking if they left. Then I was told they were going to call the driver. I told them they were already out of the truck and by the time they talk to the driver, he'll be leaving and not care. We literally had to drive and maneuver around this stupid truck to get into our drive way. Bad form Bender. Never used you, NEVER will or recommend you to anyone.

Been a customer of Bender for more than 30 years mostly in Norwalk but I got up to the Bridgeport location from time to time and specially now with supply chain headaches they're still coming through

I was looking for parts for old radiator covers. I only knew of slant fin brand so that's what I thought it was. I brought them a piece and they determined that it wasn't slant fin and that it was old. They tried to track it down for me but they were unable to find it. They spent a tremendous amount of time and also offered me several other solutions to keep my costs down. No pressure, no snarky looks, just wonderful guys trying everything to help me even though I didn't buy anything on the spot. I would highly recommend them and I will return when I need things that they sell. A special shout out to Dan for his patience and help!

No customer service. Sales associates do not return phone calls and act like they do not care for your business. I made several attempts to order a replacement faucet for my bathroom sink before I finally received email about when the faucet would be available for pick up. When I arrived at the store, I learned sales associate never converted order from a proposal to an order so faucet was not available. I have never experienced such disorganized and unpleasant shopping experience. All I can say is go elsewhere for your plumbing supplies.

Walked in late on Saturday while they were about to close. Mike was kind enough to turn the lights back on, started his computer and helped me get the furnace parts that I needed. Very refreshing to see that good people still exist.
