Horrible experience and a waste of my time. I went to get assistance for a situation that was very serious. Not one banker could assist me not one sat me down and ran my information did not even ask me my name which is ridiculous I could be a random person off the street how do you know who I am if you have not ran my information? The head manager, supervisor, or bank owner needs to shut this branch down for a day or two and train their staff this is unacceptable. Do not not say you are sorry or apologize because those statements do not help and do not make the situation better.Update- Thanks but no thanks Patricia you are of no help and that is perfectly ok because I’m taking my business else where.It’s not only you it is Bank of America as a whole that is problematic no one knows anything and everyone pretends to help it is ok. I’m removing myself from this chaotic circle.

Today was a bad experience in the Bank of America, and this isn’t the first time he attended me bad one person of color. I went to do a deposit with my money and he speaks at me to hard and this happened before with me.The other time I was there and he attended the costumer the same way he can’t attend the client’s like that. Because with my money the bank puts it in his check. Your not suppose to treat a costumer like that and my opinion bank America can’t have a employe with that attitude. Thank you.

I went here a few day prior to get a document notorized. Then I had to get another document notorized and went here today, only to be told that the notary's certification expired and they were waiting on renewal. It's highly unprofessional for a bank notary to let their certification lapse.
