I’ve been a customer for over 17 years my father is a mechanic and has a commercial account, this store was always our go to. However the lack of customer service skills from Dave (manager) was disgusting. He was extremely rude, not helpful, very disrespectful and sarcastic And he denied me a part and claimed the store didn’t carry, when I was able to find it online and he still told me no it wasn’t in the store but I went to another location down main at Bridgeport and they told Me both stores have it. When I confronted Dave on the poor customer service skills he laughed in my face and told me I don’t have to go to that store. I am a nurse well liked nurse so i know how to present myself I wasn’t rude or anything. Then I see other reviews saying the same thing on the same person, something should be done.

Visited the Main Street store in Bridgeport Ct. Roberto was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Installed my wiper blades and explain what was needed for a rear brake job.

Manager with the glasses is disrespectful and impatient while my demeanor was exceptional the whole time I was there. It’s unbelievable how a member of management appears to have such low compassion for others; The red shirts were nice though.

Just went in to check my engine light, the guy couldn’t find where to plug in the wire, sent me to go see a mechanic ?♀️ I came home goggle my car type and told me exactly where to plug it in

Great service! Luis was extremely knowledgeable about how to replace my headlights and attended to me right away even though I went at a busy time. Definitely recommend stopping by if you need any car services.

I came to the store for a light replacement and the employee installed the light bulb wrong and end up messing up the whole assembly, so I went back to the store and spoke with the store manager Junior and he took care of the situation very gently and with professionalism, he provided a great customer service and I left happy. He told me is there's anything I needed I can come back to the store that he would greatfully would help me out. Love this Autozone location

Very slow service. The environment feels like your are in a very bad hood since the employees are playing their own music which is not appropriate.
