Me and my spouse have been coming here for years. Vivian is always pleased to see us and files our taxes. If we're eligible to claim anything she's always on top of it and always advises us for the next time. We are clients for life!

Very kind and Caring staff. It is super clean and quaint inside. They are very knowledgeable about all the updated tax law and can really get you as much of your hard earned taxes back as possible. Out of every tax facility I have been this is by far the best.

very disappointed as l moved to another preparer and they left me with Missing Reports for the whole yr of 2021 and first quarter of 2022. Going to there office is/was very long wait. IF you ask for copies which l called this month of Feb. 2023 and l did business with them 2020-2022 of January and they said "lets see if we still have copies of your papers" l even messaged asking for copies with no luck. No call back. They don't explain nothing to you.

After waisting 2 hours of my time waiting to be attended, I decided to leave, dice the keep telling me there’s 2 people before me.I could see people getting in and out ahead of me. I know they are busy on Saturdays, but I got there at the time they opened and there was already people inside. I gave two start because I didn’t get to check the service, but I don’t regret leaving that place. If you have been at the Social Security, this is what the place looks like. There’s also a Tax preparer right at the front working on somebody taxes in front of 20 strangers. I went there because of a friend’s recommendation, so if you have all the time in the world, I guess this is your place. Maybe they are not interested on getting new customers.
