We had an amazing experience at Zane’s Cycles, thanks to the exceptional customer service from Ian. From the moment we walked in, Ian was incredibly attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We were looking for a bike rack, and Ian took the time to thoroughly check its compatibility with our vehicle. He patiently explained how the rack worked, ensuring we were comfortable with it before we made a purchase.
But what really stood out was that Ian went above and beyond by personally installing the bike rack for us! His attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was perfect truly made our day. It's rare to find such outstanding customer service, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Zane’s Cycles. Highly recommend this shop, and a big thanks to Ian for all his help!
