Great service at the pharmacy & I was in & out!! That's right, I said great service at the PHARMACY!! It's actually consistently quick as well and I don't know about everyone else, but just about everyone I have spoken to about pharmacies has the same bad experiences that I have had myself. However, this Walgreens in Branford Square, on East Main street, is a wonderful exception, especially considering I have just relocated to the area! This Walgreens is excellent & I will try to keep this updated as I have more experience with the store.

I am extremely disappointed with two of the pharmacists at Walgreens. First they were extremely rude, would not let me finish talking, hung up on me and could barely understand English. I felt dismissed and very upset at their rudeness it was not necessary. Most of the pharmacists have been so kind and able to answer any questions. Not these two, I am questioning now if I should even stay with them. After their interaction, Walgreens pharmacy might lose a loyal customer that has been with them over 20 years. How upsetting!

Every time I see a sale buy one and 50% off 2nd there's always just one item in that slot. I'm talking about this occurring for years. I just got around to complaining about it now ? my bad ?

Awful customer service waiting over an hour for a prescription. Seven patients waiting for scheduled covid vaccine over 45 minutes past their scheduled time.

The person at pickup window is miserable and he was rude. Picked up the receiver and stared.I can tell he wanted a confrontation but I wont fall into that trap. Going to another pharmacy.

Friendly service but did not stock the one item we needed: Bread. The store had plenty of parking and the customer service was great. It is a convenient location near to a hotel. We found something else to purchase instead.

Making an appointment for any vaccine is pointless…. If a walk in happens to be in line in front of you and ask if they can get one without an appointment then they get to go in front of you…. Half hour and still waiting… at least they’re nice.

The pharmacy is GREAT! Walgreens' nonprescription pharmaceuticals are as good as the "BRAND" advertised products. Walgreens label "Nice" for sodas, foods, etc rival the BRAND'S. Staff is very knowledgeable but not stuffy. PRICES are good as the Grocery (Big-Y, Stop&Shop, Priceshop etc.

Amazing customer service. I was having some trouble with printing a picture for an important family event and the manager stepped up, made it easy, and even gave me an enlarged version for no extra charge.Thanks for the great service!
