I went into Hamden looking for help with my email and a new screen protector. The gentleman in there was very dismissive and didn't even attempt to help me. The next day I went into the Branford store and was lucky that Alex was working. He went above and beyond to help me. He was very patient while trying to work through my email problem and managed to get it resolved. He even found me a screen protector for an older model phone. Verizon should be proud of employees like him. Thank you Alex!

Verizon has been extraordinarily helpful during this transition over to Verizon. I can’t say enough good things about “Juan”. He has been above and beyond helpful and knows exactly what “Customer Service” really means! I would recommend Verizon to anyone and get off those sub-par other Service Providers !!!!
