One of their drivers illegally entered my vehicle at the request of Maisano paving company in an attempt to move it so the paving company could complete unscheduled work and when I called to complain the "owner" Matt hung up on me.

This is a SCAM, SCAM,SCAM,SCAMCUSTOMER CALLED FOR A TOW, YOUR COMPANY CHARGED THE WOMAN $:279.00 AND THEN TURNED AROUND AND CALLED ANOTHER TOW Company to tow the car and the other two company charged her for the tow. There was no reason for your company to charge her, You honestly didn't do anything to help her at all and your not even in the same state as the customer

Simply rude over the phone, bad vibe right off the bat. Seemed like the type to intentionally screw you over as much as possible and laugh on the way to the bank. Refuse to do business with these type of people.

The driver was completely unprofessional. He dropped my car off at the wrong location, which took me hours to finally find with NO help from them at all, and they backed my vehicle into a snow plow causing hundreds of dollars worth of damages.

SHOP IS VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. I CALLED THIS SHOP AND WHILE SPEAKING TO SOMEONE, THE OWNER WAS IN THE BACKGROUND YELLING AND SWEARING AT ME. THE GUY I WAS TALKING TO WAS APOLOGIZING BECAUSE OF IT.
