This location helped me when I had to quickly scramble to find a moving truck. They were professional and courteous, plus they even have a cute dog that is in the store. I had no wait time, and they even have a well priced insurance plan that covers you for any damage. This is the place to go to rent a truck for when you move!”

“I was not sure what to expect nor had I ever been to Tweed airport. These people were as kind, helpful, and efficient as any other rental company I have used. They arrived at the airport within minutes, even though I was standing in the wrong spot. ?. The driver had to circle many times yet had a great attitude as did the young woman I returned the car to. I don’t have any photos, but if I were to change anything, it would be their name. The cars I saw and the one I rented was anything but a wreck. I am most definitely a customer for life.”

“My experience was straightforward. I invented a truck. It was clean,iwell kept, the chuck handed well and had no major issues. I was able to get the house cleared out and things moved to the new apartment. I also was able to get all the trash from the old apartment, and take it to the dump.”
“I dealt with a few people here with sone questions I had my initial was with a customer service rep I cannot remember her name but she was very helpful. I later spoke to Anthony he was able to assist in my matter. I spoke to Paul on 10/21/23 who explained the cost in detail and so I met with him on 10:27:23 he was very helped and explained things to me. It's a very nice location and the place is very clean very big. I would recommend this location if you are to rent or have a storage unit there very safe storage area. For the work your guys do there I hope they are getting compensated accordingly because they do a lot of work there always cherish your employees employers because they are the FACE of your company”

“I was not expecting much after having a terrible experience at penske, but was very pleasantly surprised. Very quick service at pick up and drop off. Eli was great and had my drop off processed in under 5 min. Only problem was that he was too fast and I had to wait for the wife to come rescue me, I thought it would take longer. Truck was as expected: decent condition and operation. I'll be back to this location again”

“Very kind and patient. Erick was very helpful and made my whole situation seamless. He answer all my questions without judgment or sarcasm even if my questions should have been common sense. He cleared up all my confusion politely and professionally. I didn't work directly with Vinny but he was very welcoming and attentive. Joe was nice as well. Very nice and fair people from my experience. Erick went above and beyond even helping me carry my heavy part back and forth to my truck and unstraping it. Thank you again Erick, you're appreciated!
