I needed a mobility scooter. Did my research online. Went in to see Vince at Down-Towne Medical. He was knowledgeable of the products he offers and answered all my questions and concerns. I was more than happy to support a home town business. And it is good to know if any mechanical services are needed that they are close by. Thank you for all your help!Bill Bray

Was dealing with an emergency situation and needed a wheelchair urgently. I called after they had closed just on the off chance someone was there. The owner answered and was beyond kind, stating that had he been in CT at the time he would have been happy to assist! It really warmed my heart! I ended up going in the following day to buy some products and have been very pleased with the items and service!!

My father was recently discharged from the hospital requiring 24-hour care. I needed to quickly purchase all the medical equipment and supplies necessary to prepare our home for him, and the staff here has been a wonderful help. They were responsive, accommodating (they've received more than a few calls from us), and asked questions to assist in pinpointing which makes and models would be best for our needs, all of which is especially impressive given the pressure of coordinating curbside pick-up in the midst of COVID-19. My family and I are extremely grateful for the support we received.

Absolute worst experience, met with confrontational staff on a simple $15 unopened return as I wanted an exchange for a different brace. Will NEVER have my business and will ensure to tell others the same!

Anything I’ve ever asked for, Town has always been able to provide OR if they didn’t have it, they were able to order it!!! Walking into a busy store where the employees know your name is something that cannot be topped!!!!

Very helpful and understanding. They explain the little things that you need to know without sounding condescending. I highly recommend them.

Went in to get some over the counter medication for an upcoming procedure. I went to Walmart earlier and had difficulty finding what I needed. I then proceeded to go to Towne Pharmacy . The store manager immediately took my instructions and found all my medications and explained to me what I needed to do. It's nice to have a in town, small drugstore like the old days.

Must be my alias Tommy Parker! I like it! Aside from that TOWNE pharmacy, along with their employees and owners is THE most professionally run like Swiss clock pharmacy, likely in the World. From Jan to Mary, Amelia, Karen, Wendy, Susan, Vince, Eric and the rest , you are in the best, most caring and compassionate hands that there are in ANY business, anywhere. I truly love these people and you will too. Go nowhere else, support a town business and expect to leave satisfied and feeling better than when you entered, regardless of what ails you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. From my wife and I, to my 90 year old parents! There are none close to you. Tony Caff aka Tommy Parker ha!

Just got off the phone with Towne pharmacy after I called to discuss my recently deceased mother's bill. The woman who answered asked me many personal questions even though I had requested to speak with an owner or manager regarding my mother's estate. She then began laughing when I expressed frustration that bills were coming to my house out of state. I asked her for her name repeatedly which she would not give to me. She said that she "wouldn't be intimidated by me" I told her I was not trying to intimidate her and that I needed her name so that I could discuss this utter disrespect with the owner. At this point she hung up on me. If you or loved one are in need of a pharmacy I would discourage use of this business. My husband called the pharmacy again to request the name of the woman again who had both laughed and hung up on me, again the employee tried to discourage him from getting her name. Which begs the question that if you act in one way, why would you not want your name associated with your action? He was finally told that her name is Jan.
