As soon as I walked in, I had a feeling they had no idea what they were doing. The guy who I originally interacted with at the front was all right. Everything was all good until I came back to pick up my vehicle. When I got there, I saw my car parked in the front, which looked good, but I noticed on the front driver side, the tire was completely flat. I let the guy know who had called me to come pick it up, he seemed pretty surprised and tried his best to make it right. He told me the valve stem broke for some reason. however, they did not road test the vehicle after changing its parts to check if it was sufficient. That’s why the flat tire went unnoticed. After driving on the highway for a bit, my car was shaking, and it was not doing this before I brought it in to them. Overall, super bad quality work, not much effort put in and overall lazy. Will not be coming back here ever again, you guys have lost my business for life.
Edit: they tried to call me after seeing this review to make it better, don’t let facilities or businesses intimidate you to take your review down. This is a horrible business. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here for tires, they’ll just end up scamming you.

Nik helped me out we were up for my Nephew homecoming driving to providence college and a nail got in my tire. He ensured we got in and out. Tire price could have been worse so I'm grateful ?

I had a slow leak in my tire, but didn’t know why. I took it to Town Fair in Branford and Nik took a look and noticed a nail in the tire. Although they were unable to do it that evening as it was too late in the day, he made a convenient appointment for me for the next morning and made sure that I was in and out in time for my mom to get to her hair appointment. I really appreciate the kindness and attentiveness he showed to me in my time of need. And he did it with a smile. I highly recommend Nik and the team at Town Fair in Branford!
