A very nice gift shop with ocean and other themed items - ceramics, clothing, jewelery, art. Prices are high as usual for a gift shop, but not outrageous. Nice little cottage with sale items on the lower level also. Popular among the locals as well!

The cutest little store super beachy vibes! They had clothing, home goods, jewelry and much more! The sales associate was super nice & made sure our items were wrapped up perfectly! There is free parking available out front.

This boutique is adorable! It's got a little bit of everything; garments, house decor, baby gifts, jewelry, and more. I'll be honest, this is my go-to spot to grab a stuffed animal for any baby shower I attend. The staff is kind and helpful and they do the most beautiful wrapping for gifts. 10/10 recommend

I had been driving past this store while at work for years and never had the chance to stop. I finally was able to and while the store is beautiful with a great array of gorgeous items, I am really disappointed in my purchase. I got two matching bracelets that said “soul sisters” for my best friend and I. They were over $20 each, and on the first day both our wrists turned green. For that price I don’t expect sterling silver but at least some decent material so it doesn’t turn my skin green. Super embarrassing to give as a gift (despite the impeccable wrapping which is why I’m giving 2 stars). Not to mention if you look at the tags pretty much everything is made in China. While the goods look to be of quality, the price doesn’t match.

A beautiful shop on Leetes Island Road. So much to look at, many prices points. Clothes, pottery, candles, cards, shells, glassware, jewelry, bags. Lovely staff, unique gifts. Definitely a must!

I went here because I had heard about this shop, and it was listed under antique shops in Branford. When I got here, I didn't see any antiques, I saw gift shop items like candles etc. I asked the owner and she said she is not really selling antiques now. Her website pictures show what she is carrying. I didn't look at the website first. If she is no longer an antique dealer, her online listings should be updated.

I saw this shop listed under antique shops in Branford. I went here, but didn't see any antiques. I saw gift shop items like candles, vases, contemporary jewelry, clothing. I asked the owner, and she told me she is not really carrying antiques anymore. Her website pictures show what she is carrying. I didn't look at the website first. Today I looked at her google reviews. Other reviews describe this as a gift shop. A review written by a local guide 5 years ago stated that this is not an antique shop. I feel that the websites should be updated so buyers know this.

Went here today for some Christmas shopping. Have been here many times before and have always adored the things they have. Great home decor, jewelry, clothing. Today I needed to secretly purchase a Christmas gift for my mom while she was shopping with me. One of the ladies helped me with no problem and wrapped the gift. Was so helpful and such a great experience!

Beautiful store...customer service was a let down. Not friendly at all as the employee made my friends and I feel uncomfortable. Very disappointing that a store that is aesthetically gorgeous had workers that tarnished the feel.

My husband and I have lived in Branford for the past eleven years. During this time we've spent a considerable amount of money at Taken For Granite and have always been happy with the selection and service. This all changed this past Sunday when we walked into "TFG" for some Christmas shopping and were told we needed to wear a mask. We have heeded all our government recommendations; both of us receiving two Covid inoculations plus the booster shots. We will not be victims of "political correctness" and therefore will not shop at Taken For Granite from here on.
