Used this gas station for over 5 years, its gone down. Sketchy and unpleasent gas station.Pros: two polite employees and always stocked.Cons: Never give proper change back and if THEY do not have change ive been told i owe them back on next visit. Sometimes the price will not be told or show up on screen, just expected to hand over cash. The very few times ive asked for a receipt, its down. Cigarettes, food, and newspapers can be found cheaper at gas stations by more then a dollar depending on item. Always on the phone while ringing out. Credit card theft has happened at outside pumps before, i heard from more then one person. Havent had that issue myself, but have not used my card here in months just to play it safe.

I went in near to buy lottery tickets. The girl tampered with the tickets. She took the 000 ticket and put it on the bottom. I called Connecticut lottery and they said that was a strict violation. I'm going to follow-up with them corrupt. Gas station

Disrespectful non Americans guest told me I had to pay taxes or go somewhere else. Mind you I been coming to this Store for a month never been taxed , and they always honored Indians not taxed. 8-31-23I came to the gas station they said I had to pay taxes I called the public servants, to no surprise they ignored my grievance when I'm the one who called Branford police to make a report for the discrimination the officer took me a oath to up hold the law and failed the tyrants said the owner wants to say I'm trespassing. Threatened if I come back I would be arrested can't make this shh up I don't trust the officers around children or kids now I have to put a lien on these tyrants expeditiously an make an example out of them.

I was racially profiled and I don’t plan on coming back ever again. The woman working August 31st in the morning gave me attitude and was irrational. I bought a faulty product without receiving a receipt and tried to return it, but they assumed I was lying and attempted to get one for free. I’ve come to the location numerous times and have had to get dozens of e cigarettes replaced. This is the first time I’ve seen this woman and the only problem I’ve ever had.

Fantastic! Centrally located, very clean store with a great assortment of drinks and snacks. Good gas prices, Pumps seemed quite new!
