Mike LaFemina has gone above and beyond to ensure that our library received the new printer he sold us on a timely basis. He even made sure the printer got replaced when it arrived damaged. We appreciate his attention to detail and personable customer service when working with staff during set-up. The library has been using Prism's services for years, and we couldn't be happier.

I just received a call from this business to my company asking about our printer which I informed him we are currently under contract with a different company and aren’t interested in switching and the guy on the phone kept pushing for info and I told him I am not able to disclose any info on the contract and we weren’t interested he was being sneaky and tried to get me to tell him how much longer we had and when he can call us back. He then asked to come meet in person and I informed him we were in the middle of an office move to a different location this week and would not have the time and again politely said we were not interested and then he proceeded to rudely say oh my god not interested in saving money I guess. I hung up at that point. I’m sorry but this was just extremely rude and when someone politely tells you no thank you multiple times and then you proceed to get an attitude that is not good business practices. He was very rude and was so offended that I said no thank you. If this is how you treat people you’re trying to acquire as a client I wouldn’t want to even be a client.

Michael Lafemina has been our copier salesperson for the last few years. He is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Ryan in service is also a class act. He is always ready to help when we experience an issue, and he usually resolves it within the business day. Our law firm loves doing business with Prism. We have been loyal customers for almost a decade we could not be happier with the excellent service we receive!
