Wonderful to see a pizza hut back in Connecticut shoreline. For was hot and fresh. Great staff. Very nice and helpful. Everything looked very clean and taken care of.
Parking: It's in a t.a. travel center so. It's easy to park

They just opened on June 1, 2023, and you can tell. I think you have to be fair and give them some time to figure it out, but they're having some growing pains in the first two weeks.I stood behind a man who ordered a whole pizza with double cheese and pepperoni, and the woman behind the counter had no clue what he meant by double cheese. I was as frustrated as this guy was just listening to it. He definitely not get double cheese.We ordered a 9-piece cheesy sticks, and the woman looked at me like the 9-piece wasn't an option, even though I was staring at it on the menu. So I repeated the order and she put it in... but when they gave us the cheesy sticks there were two boxes of three and a half and four sticks each. Now that being said, if you're a Pizza Hut fan then the pizza is fine. And the breadsticks are fine. It's a corporation, so generally what you ask for is what you get. But it is an Express, so it's a limited menu by design.Also, you should know that this is located in a truck stop between a Starbucks and one of the worst Popeyes in America. The seating area is absolutely filthy and disgusting 24/7/365. It may be unfair to blame Pizza Hut for this since they are the new kid in the building, but it does affect your perception of the place.

I am the owner of Last Laugh Trucking LLC, and on 23 MAY 2022 I needed to get an DOT Inspection. However, upon getting the inspection I didnt pass; therefore, i had to get work done on the vehicle. The work consisted of a couple of things but the line was ridiculous. In addition, Mr. Jordan Hellomns was excellent. He found my parts and even though it took long to get serviced, i was able to get everything done to my satisfaction.He's an excellent worker who goes above and beyond. If there was a candidate to select for excellence he would be the person that i choose.

You will not find a better place to take a shower. The water pressure is so strong it feels like a massage and after a hard days driving most don't understand how comforting that is. Also the Popeyes is probably the best Popeyes and a truckstop I've ever been to. The place is clean the workers are friendly. No complaints. well worth a visit

A nice miniature version of the big travel plazas you see out west. It felt safe and everything was very clean. We grabbed a shower while we were there and the shower room was huge.

Don't watch TV too long in the driver's lounge otherwise you will be asked why you are in there? Where's your truck? Who do you drive for? Are you waiting for maintenance to be done? It's a holiday weekend and I would just want to relax in the lounge without being interrogated.

Was nice now its getting to be a lot lizard hangout and absolute dump and something needs to be done if you plan on staying in business. Drivers like Me need safe well lite places to gather and get services done and it's getting to the point where it's not safe enough to deal with the bullshit at your locations in Connecticut. Ruby road is slowly going to be a shit hole like this location and milldale are now
