One of the best nail places I have been to. Clean. Good massage chairs for pedicure. Nice selection of colors. They give a really good massage to legs and hands and back as part of service which many places hardly ever do anymore. Color came out nice and many of my nails were broken so she had to even them out. Great job with eyebrow threading too. Wish I lived closer to come back more often.

I've been going for years. i used to get very good gel manicures. Would last a couple of weeks. this past April paid for a pedicure. On 3 of the nails the gel literally peeled right off. They said to come in and they'd fix it but I was in Florida and frankly didn't have the time. Gave them another chance when I had a gel manicure in June. Same thing the gel peeled off. I had regular polish on my toe nails from another salon that lasted longer! another nonsense suggestion to come in so they could fix it. I didn't have the time and wanted my money back. They took down my info and were supposed to reimburse me. Never saw the money. Will never go back

I just was there the other day to get a gel French manicure. After not even 24 hours one of my nails pealed off. I did go back and they had no problem fixing it for me. The next two days all my nails are continuing to peal off. Not sure if they need new polishes but I have never experienced such poor quality after paying so much you would think it would at least last for a week.

After going to multiple nail salons in Branford, this place is by far the best and most relaxing. I was able to make an appt the same day, no waiting and she (SANTA) took her time and did such a great job. I didn’t feel rushed, she was very precise and everyone was super friendly. Will be going here from now on!

I was looking for a nail salon that was opened at 9:30. After looking at google found Pinky. The owner was absolutely a doll and the spa pedicure was amazing! I definitely will be back. New mail place for me

Not many nail places left. No wonder the owners make you feel Uncomfortable, are uncooperative & Customer service was rude.

Welcoming and pleasant enough staff.Unfortunately, pedicure doesn’t last. Purchased full “pinky” pedicure. Would recommend going to a spa for comparable price and service. If going for basic pedicure (reasonably priced), may be for you.Cash only for tips was frustrating given ATM fees and no warning before arrival.
