After much consideration I am submitting this negative review. My small Malti-Poo was groomed at Happy Tails earlier this week. When my husband picked her up she was in a cage with another dog. He was quite startled to see this. My instincts told me this didn't seem right. I called our local Veterinarians office and they were appalled to hear this. I then consulted 2 other local groomers and they were shocked as well. Apparently, this is a big No-No in dog grooming. We are grateful our beloved dog was not harmed or injured. But that was a major mistake on the groomers part and I just want to warn others.

Angry parents chase down governor after school meeting with Pet Groomer/anti-masker's group . The "choice" you can have is to home-school your kids or choose a private school that suits your ignorance. Funny how these republicans want freedom of choice all of a sudden.

Went to get my dogs nails clipped at 4pm liked they said to do. Staff member seemed totally disinterested when they came out to ask why I was there, came back out, grabbed my dog and returned him less than 5 minutes later saying he was fidgeting and biting, hands him to me and closes door.

So happy I found this grooming service. They are very professional and a great value. Staff is very nice and good to the animals. My dog has never looked better after being groomed.

I will probably kick myself for doing this, but I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They were extremely responsive to our calls and we were able to get a grooming appointment for my 8 month old Havana Silk. I was terrified of the results as this was her first grooming and she had several mats . I expected to be told she had to be shaved, but no, to my surprise, Laura patiently teased out the mats. The results speak for themselves. Simply beautiful.

They are fantastic! We have a wild shihtzu and elderly Lhasa apso. Both tough in their own way. Happy Tails is fantastic with them and they always look amazing! Here’s a before and after! Would highly recommend

My dog looks absolutely amazing. She is a 1 1/2 year lhasa apso/ cavelier mix. they took their time with cutting her hair which I really appreciate because I was specific on certain things , one of the biggest ones was not shaving her! I know alot of groomers just shave long hair dogs like mine.. and shes been shaved before at another place and I just did not like it, my dog just is meant to have some fluff. so the accommodations they made to fulfill my wishes made me very impressed and happy. And instead of a bandana she got an adorable bow. She was a complete messy mop before and they really transformed her.
